How Godsiee collects, processes, and protects your business and customer data.

1. Introduction & Scope

At Godsiee (operated by Abhimanyu Singh Sambyal), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our business clients and their end customers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you access our website, subscribe to our WhatsApp Automation SaaS platform, or engage our custom Website Building services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following categories of information strictly for service provisioning:

  • Account & Authentication Data: Your business name, owner email address, phone/WhatsApp number, encrypted password hash, and two-factor one-time verification tokens (OTPs).
  • WhatsApp Session & Credentials: Multi-device authentication keys and cryptographic credentials generated when you scan our pairing QR code using WhatsApp Linked Devices. These tokens are stored securely in your isolated tenant directory.
  • Business Knowledge Base: Service catalogs, pricing lists, business hours, and frequently asked questions uploaded by you to train your dedicated assistant.
  • Customer Conversation Data: Inbound and outbound WhatsApp messages transmitted between your business number and your end customers.
  • Technical & Billing Data: IP address, browser timezone, regional country indicators (via Cloudflare/Vercel or geo-lookup), and payment confirmation identifiers provided by Razorpay. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Godsiee integrates with select enterprise third-party infrastructure providers to deliver its services:

  • Google Gemini API: Customer conversation text is processed by Google's Gemini API to interpret inquiries and generate accurate answers grounded in your business knowledge base. All AI requests are executed using the client's own dedicated Gemini API key (or a tenant-specific configured key). Google Gemini processes message text in accordance with Google Cloud's data confidentiality and enterprise API terms.
  • Email & OTP Infrastructure: One-time password (OTP) verification emails, password resets, and account alerts are sent through dedicated SMTP email infrastructure directly to your registered email address.
  • Payment Gateway (Razorpay): Subscription billing and payment processing are handled securely by Razorpay. Transactions comply with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Data Isolation & Security Standards

Every Godsiee client operates within an isolated tenant boundary. Your conversation records, knowledge base items, and WhatsApp session keys are partitioned by tenant identifier in our secure database. We enforce strict role-based access control, cryptographic verification for incoming webhooks, and rate-limiting protections.

5. Your Rights & Data Retention

You maintain ownership of your business data. You may review, modify, or delete your knowledge base items, disconnect your WhatsApp linked device, or request complete account deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
