1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or subscribing to Godsiee ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible via our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or services.
2. Description of Services
Godsiee provides cloud-hosted digital business automation tools, including:
- WhatsApp Automation SaaS: An AI-powered concierge that connects to your existing WhatsApp number via multi-device QR code pairing to automate sales inquiries, lead qualification, and Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
- Website Building Services: Turnkey, custom-engineered business websites built with lead capture and WhatsApp integration, accompanied by ongoing monthly hosting and maintenance.
3. Client Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
When using Godsiee, you agree to comply with the following standards:
- No Unsolicited Spam: You must not use the platform for bulk unsolicited spam, harassment, phishing, or distribution of illicit or deceptive content. You agree to adhere to WhatsApp's Terms of Service and applicable anti-spam legislation.
- Accurate Knowledge Base: You are responsible for ensuring that all information, prices, and policies uploaded to your Knowledge Base are truthful and up to date.
- Account Credentials: You must safeguard your login credentials and two-factor OTP codes. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
- Gemini API Key: You are responsible for providing and maintaining an active Google Gemini API key to power your assistant's conversational reasoning.
4. Subscription Fees & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay according to your selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Exclusive) and your auto-detected geographic pricing tier. Custom website builds require a one-time build fee followed by a recurring monthly hosting/maintenance fee. All pricing is clearly presented prior to checkout.
5. Limitation of Liability
Godsiee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform availability, we are not liable for third-party interruptions, including Meta/WhatsApp protocol updates, temporary network outages, or Google Gemini API latency. In no event shall Godsiee's aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding month.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that territory.
